Overview

Makers of Very Good Beer

Dominion City Brewing Co. offers a diverse range of beers that cater to various tastes. Their commitment to quality is evident in the distinctive flavours and styles.

I created 2 distinct flavours that share a similar visual style, a taste of the magic that Ottawa valley has to offer.

Gatineau Glow

Inspired by the natural beauty of Gatineau Park, just across the Ottawa River, this beer celebrates the wild landscapes and flora of the Ottawa-Gatineau region. The inclusion of local blueberries and juniper berries reflects the wild bounty that grows in this natural area, which is a favourite spot for outdoor enthusiasts in Ottawa.

Royal Elixir

Indigenous to Southern Asia the mango takes front and center with this bold spicy cider. The name and inspiration come from the ever large amount of asian immigrants that reside in Ottawa’s Chinatown with a particular nod to the Royal Arch that adorns the entry way to Somerset coming in from the East. The chilli would be a mix of Thai birds eye and Szechuan.
